Vision: the vision of the organization is to create a society where one has full of self esteem, equity and equality, self-dependence and peace and prosperity grounded on Universal Human Rights Norms and values.
Mission: To improve the economic and social status of the vulnerable orphans, women, disabled, deprived and dominated children, young people, their families and communities; to raise the level of consciousness, literacy and education status; to make economically active; to eliminate the social discrimination; and to unite the youths for the better social development.
Goal: Through the efficient use of funds, YSWN empower and enables the target groups to claim back and enjoy their basic rights, and at the same time reducing poverty and improve health, education and other opportunities based on the UNCRC and Universal Human Rights.
